Meaning that if I just swung my sword one time, and I increased one-handed from 20 to 21. Then if I went to go train it would be at 0%, and thus cause the bug to happen. WebbFaralda can teach Destruction spells, and offers training in that school. Phinis is one of the best Conjurers in all of Skyrim, and can help with spells from that school.
