Prominent, sculpted fenders, a twin-canopy roof and new full-width tail lamps made the cars look even bigger and heavier than their 3,244-lb. listed weight. The interior was completely redesigned and upgraded. It featured a curved cockpit-type instrument panel inspired by aircraft motifs.
