WebSep 20, 2024 · Most likely it's a mod issue or a broken asset causing it. Testing with the -noWorkshop and -disableMods (make sure you get the caps right) launch options and starting a new city is the best way to check that. If that's fine, remove both and test on a new city to see it doesn't just happen in your save. WebHave you checked the usual - compatibility report and screen loading mod HTMl output files?. Otherwise the only heavy way forward, if nobody can tell you exactly or with good probability what courses the flickering of those assets, is exclusion - unsubscribe each mod one by one or all and then start the subscriptions again one by one and test it.

I've tried to monitor various discussions and eliminate known mods that are "broken" (like Dynamic Resolution), but it still happens. If I zoom in too far, vehicles flicker and some turn invisible- just like Dejected Angel described.

I'm not sure about the flickering, that doesn't look normal either. I do get a bit flickering when the day/night cycle is running, but it's very light.

WebApr 10, 2024 · once the game is loaded the screen flickers and it is unplayable.. i have the proper nvidia drivers and have tried all the resolution settings.. the game has worked fine on my computer before. i cant use the forced3d9 command upon load as i already am using a command on load to override the paradox launcher,,, any clue how to stop this flicker..
