Fredericksburg, Virginia. The HM-2 and HM-3 are identical, pretty much. HM-3 just was overshadowed by the MT-2. The ML-2 is basically a Peavy 5150 in a box. I did a review of it on bass which I'll try and dig up, back when i was going to go and test lots of distortion pedals.
